3.1. Orders can be placed online or in-store.

3.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a pre-agreed lay-by plan is in place or TikTok live sales you have 72hours.

4. Lay-By / Payment Plans

4.1. Lay-bys must have an initial deposit of $15 to secure the item.

4.2. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of the lay-by, with only the deposit retained as per our cancellation policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. We aim to process orders within 7 business days.

5.2. Delivery times may vary depending on location, availability, and shipping method.

5.3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

5.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or factors outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. We accept returns and offer refunds in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

6.2. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.

6.3. Certain products, such as custom or personalized items, may not be eligible for returns.
